Service Overview
Cuéntame provides AI-powered Spanish and English tutoring through scheduled outbound phone calls and related lesson follow-ups. The service is educational practice, not a school, credentialing program, emergency service, healthcare service, legal service, or financial advisory service.
The AI tutor may make mistakes. You are responsible for deciding how to use lesson guidance, translations, corrections, and practice materials.
AI Voice Calls and Consent
Cuéntame tutoring calls are answered by an AI tutor. By signing up for voice calls, you agree that Cuéntame may call the phone number you provide using an artificial or AI-generated voice for tutoring, scheduling, call recovery, and account-related purposes.
You choose your preferred call window and timezone. You may opt out of voice calls in the app, during support, or by contacting support@cuentame.ai. We do not place sales or upsell calls unless you separately consent to telemarketing.
SMS and Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS or WhatsApp messages from Cuéntame, you agree to receive tutor-call confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, streak nudges, learning recaps, and account notifications. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. You may also email support@cuentame.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in keywords may include SUBSCRIBE, YES, and START. Replying STOP cancels SMS messages, and replying START may resubscribe where supported.
Accounts and Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate account, phone, timezone, billing, and consent information and to keep it current. You may not use Cuéntame to harass others, call numbers you do not control, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with service security.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. Subscription prices, renewal periods, trials, cancellations, and refund terms are displayed during purchase. You can cancel future renewals through the app, billing portal, or support.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Cuéntame for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create telecom compliance risk, trigger unusual usage, or threaten service reliability.
Availability
Cuéntame depends on telecommunications networks, AI providers, payment processors, and cloud services. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect call quality, or error-free AI output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuéntame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, telecom delays, or AI mistakes arising from use of the service.
