When Cuéntame calls you for a scheduled lesson, the speaking tutor is powered by artificial intelligence. The AI tutor can hold practice conversations, correct mistakes, review vocabulary, and adapt lesson flow, but it is not a human teacher.

Consent

We require explicit opt-in before placing outbound AI voice tutoring calls. Calls also begin with an AI disclosure. You may opt out of voice calls at any time.

Use Limits

Cuéntame AI calls are for language-learning practice and account-related tutoring workflows. We do not use AI voice calls for sales or upsell messaging unless separate telemarketing consent is collected.
